About me

My name is Gavin Jones founder of GJ Skills and Progress. I am a Semi professional football player and qualified sports coaching and performance coach. With over 7 years of coaching experience. safeguarding course qualified, DBS checked and passed. I have played for Aberystwyth town , Carmarthen town, Llanelli town in the welsh league pyramid. With over 7 years coaching experience I have had clients achieve their goals such as a 14 year girl getting into the U15s welsh team. A 17 year old boy getting into the Newport county youth team.
